Farm History

We are a commercial cow-calf operation calving approximately 300 cows. We then finish about 50 animals per year to run through our meat shop which markets freezer halves of beef. We provide the consumer with a unique opportunity to wrap their beef as we cut ensuring you see exactly what you are getting and we can then give you the cuts you like the most.

In addition to our beef production we grow hay for use at the mushroom farms of Pennsylvania where it is turned into the compost the mushrooms grow in. A new sideline we are looking at is small bales of quality hay for horses. If you have a demand for such hay please let us know as we are trying to establish our market.
